Assist sales management in executing sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales volume, market share, and brand presence.
Coordinate and support automotive events, roadshows, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring all administrative and documentation requirements are in order.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively, on schedule, and within budget.
Analyze sales and marketing administrative processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operations.
Align marketing campaigns and sales activities with organizational goals and available resources.
Track and report sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist the CRM team in enrolling vehicle owners into the partnership program.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing campaigns.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and brand principals.
Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for successful campaign execution.
Track marketing campaign expenditures to maintain budgetary compliance and optimize ROI.
Submit sales and marketing monetary support claims in a timely manner and maintain an up-to-date tracking system.
Ensure accurate monitoring and verification of sales and marketing monetary support to be disbursed to dealers.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with 5 years of working experience in sales operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good team player with a pleasant disposition.
Proactive and possess initiative to follow through and complete work tasks.
Highly adaptable to changes and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
