Job Scope:
- Provide secretariat support, including the management of discipline cases, to the Board of Discipline and Appeal Committee.
- Formulate and review policies and procedures on coed discipline.
- Analyse trends of coed misconduct and assist with the formulation of effective policies to foster coed character development.
- Provide secretariat support to the University Academic Integrity Committee (UAIC).
- Work with the University Academic Integrity Officer (UAIO) on the management of academic integrity issues and guidelines for School Academic Integrity Officers (SAIO).
- Coach and guide Colleges/Schools/Departments on the management of discipline cases.
- Plan and organise workshops for stakeholders from Colleges/Schools/Departments.
- Establish a community of practice with partners from other local universities to share best practices.
- Prepare discipline statistics and reports.
- Facilitate the bi-annual external audit exercise on academic integrity processes, procedures, and management of academic integrity offences by the Colleges/Schools.
- Oversee the data management of discipline records and provide guidance to Colleges/Schools/Departments on proper record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Education Sector.
- Strong skills in delivering presentations and facilitating workshops for stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability in writing clear and effective reports.
