Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a sales & marketing channel strategy, including driving new partners acquisition in markets.
  2. Grow and retain existing accounts, set sales targets, present new products to partners, and enhance relationships.
  3. Ensure the assigned portfolio meets its revenue and attendance targets for the resort.
  4. Prospect for potential new in-market business partners and convert these into increased business.
  5. Work cross-functionally and maintain constant communication and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  6. Execute pricing changes timely and accurately via the channel managers.
  7. Perform admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. General Degree or Diploma with strong commercial acumen.
  2. At least 3-5 years of sales, marketing, or commercial experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of the tourism and attractions industry in a similar role is an advantage.
  4. Prior experience working with Travel Agents is an advantage.
  5. IT savvy and digitally versatile, with keen interest in evolving consumer buying behaviors.
  6. Team player able to work with various stakeholders.
  7. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Highly numerate, adaptable, and goal-driven.
  9. Open to travel.
