Overview

Position: Permanent

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring KPIs; assist in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and propose action plans to improve revenue and productivity.
  • Motivate and guide team members to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and performance management of new hires.
  • Maintain strong customer service standards and resolve escalated issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with HQ/management on marketing campaigns, promotions, and store initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
