Responsibilities

  • Business Analyst for Digitisation projects, collecting business and user requirements and translating requirements to MSIG Asia ICT or IT vendors for development and implementation
  • Provide advisory to the business on digital technologies
  • Project Management: Manage digital projects and SAP-for-Insurance enhancement projects through the collation and analysis of MSIG Singapore user requirements, develop Business Requirements document and facilitate discussions with regional IT/vendor on meeting the user requirements.
  • Digital & innovation technology: Drive digital and innovation initiatives / programmes that harness ideas and suggestions from external and internal best practices in line with business priorities and translate it to relevant projects for development and implementation.
  • Customer Experience: Execute Customer Experience Management programmes and projects.
  • Conflict Management: Manage and resolve conflicting requirements amongst MSIG users and between user requirements vs system solutions.
  • Track Issues and Resolution: Track and coordinate the follow-up of issues raised by MSIG Singapore users, regional IT and vendor, to achieve resolution of all issues.
  • UAT: Support UAT process; facilitate users to develop business test scenarios, cases and scripts; follow-through on defect management process.
  • Change Management: Apply a change management process and tools to create and drive adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Undertake any other project duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification preferably business related
  • Project Management certification preferred

  • Knowledge of General Insurance or Financial Services preferred
