Assistant Manager, Programme Management

Location: Pioneer
Duration: 6–8 Months (Maternity Cover)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Programme Management) to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role provides end-to-end programme management and is perfect for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full programme lifecycle: from enquiry and application, to course delivery and post-programme wrap-up.

  • Serve as primary liaison for faculty, participants, vendors, industry partners, and internal teams (IT, Finance, etc.).

  • Ensure SkillsFuture/SSG funding compliance and documentation.

  • Handle onsite and online programme support (Zoom/Teams), ensuring smooth execution.

  • Analyse programme data for reporting and operational improvements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Minimum 4 years’ experience in programme management, event planning, customer service, or related roles
Proven ability to multi-task under pressure and manage high-volume workloads
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Tech-savvy, familiar with Zoom, Teams, and MS Office
