Job summary

TRITON AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Owner to align invoice system IT execution with business strategies within the Business Transformation Team. You will guide software initiatives through all SDLC stages and lead process re-engineering efforts to maximise value.

You will own the backlog, collaborate with QA and engineering to safeguard scope, time and quality, and drive user adoption through effective change management and UAT.

Qualifications

• CSPO certification and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum SDLC experience.
• Experience with process mapping, risk mitigation, and collaborative problem-solving.

Summary: Embedded within the Business Transformation Team, this role leads the alignment between business strategies and IT execution for invoice system products. You will guide software initiatives through every phase of the SDLC while leading process re-engineering efforts.

Core Accountabilities:

• Backlog Ownership: Define user stories and prioritize requirements to support invoice system roadmap goals.
• SDLC Alignment & Gatekeeping: Partner with QA and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC to safeguard scope, time, and quality standards.
• User Adoption & Change: Lead testing validation (UAT), address operational roadblocks, and embed process transformation across business units.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Science or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
• Expertise in process mapping, risk mitigation, and collaborative problem-solving.
