You’ll assist the team by delivering outstanding service in the proactive administration and management of a portfolio of companies, primarily offshore entities.

You will provide key support to the team and to deliver the business objectives, projects and goals.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of onshore and offshore companies registered in various jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance and mitigated risks, conduct thorough due diligence checks, including screening and risk assessments for both new and existing clients throughout their lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, periodic reviews, and continuous monitoring
• Responsible for arranging payments for the portfolio of clients
• Compliance with provision in the Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance
• Responsible for overall revenue and a healthy accounts receivable record of the portfolio
• Act as an Authorised Signatory for nominee companies
• Guide, coach and support your team members to deliver and maintain high levels of service and work standards
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

• A number of years experience within a supervisory role
• Holds a relevant qualification
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin (desirable)
