Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? IHH Healthcare Singapore is looking for a strategic and dynamic Assistant Manager, Private Client Experience to lead account management, sales, and marketing initiatives for our exclusive healthcare offerings tailored to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs and UHNWIs).

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the region’s most respected healthcare providers, helping us expand our reach to corporate C-suites, family offices, private banks, insurers, and luxury hospitality networks.

Key accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain our high-value client base: Drive revenue and profitability through personalised service and targeted business development.
  • Design and execute bespoke strategies: Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to engage private clients and wealth management partners.
  • Champion the client journey: Serve as the key contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless, white-glove service experience.
  • Leverage insights for innovation: Analyse client feedback, trends, and market intelligence to continuously improve offerings and service delivery.
  • Represent IHH at elite forums: Be the face of our brand at private client events, upholding the integrity and prestige of our healthcare services.

Qualifications & Experience

Who You Are

  • A degree holder in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • An experienced professional with 6 to 8 years in premium client-facing roles
  • Proven experience working with HNWIs/UHNWIs, ideally in private banking, luxury hospitality, philanthropy, or wealth management
  • A confident communicator and trusted advisor, with a strong sense of discretion, diplomacy and professionalism
  • A strategic thinker with strong executional skills and commercial acumen
