Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support its operations at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with budget tracking, PO and invoice processing, and financial reporting.

Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in reporting and analyzing key performance metrics, including attendance and financial KPIs.
  • Support the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Conduct trend analysis and performance tracking to identify areas for operational improvement, revenue opportunities and cost saving measures.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets for IA operations, including OPEX, CAPEX and headcount.
  • Track budget utilisation and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Support team in procurement and invoicing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3—5 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with budget tracking, PO and invoice processing, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
