About the Role
As an Assistant/Manager, Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leveraging data to refine user segments and optimize content marketing strategies. Your role involves analysing customer behaviours, defining target audiences, and ensuring that marketing campaigns are tailored for maximum impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive overall business growth.

1. Data-Driven Segmentation & Targeting

  • Develop and refine customer segmentation models using behavioural, demographic, and transactional data.

  • Analyse user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for personalized marketing strategies.

  • Prepare campaign and performance reports.

2. Content & Campaign Optimisation

  • Use data insights to guide the creation of highly targeted content marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with content and social team to ensure messaging aligns with segmented audience needs.

  • A/B test different content formats, messaging, and channels to improve engagement rates.

  • Measure content performance across various channels and optimize based on insights.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, engagement).

  • LTV performance monitoring and optimisation of ROAS/ROI on target segments and marketing campaigns.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Recommend actionable improvements to increase user engagement and retention.

4. Collaboration & Strategy Development

  • Work closely with Product and Customer experience teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.

  • Develop and refine marketing automation strategies to enhance personalization at scale.

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing, analytics, or segmentation.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, etc.).

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Zendesk, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
