Job description

We are hiring for our client in the Government industry, who is looking for a passionate Assistant Manager (People Strategy) to join their growing team.

Contract Period: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including defining delivery timelines, milestones, and required resources to achieve intended outcomes.

  • Analyse survey results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to enhance the depth and precision of insights.

  • Support the organisation’s employee listening strategy by translating feedback into meaningful action plans that drive change.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Analytics, Organisational Development, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, change management, or culture wor

  • Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp, Qualtrics, EngageRocket, etc a plus.
