Job Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including defining delivery timelines, milestones, and required resources to achieve intended outcomes.
Analyse survey results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to enhance the depth and precision of insights.
Support the organisation’s employee listening strategy by translating feedback into meaningful action plans that drive change.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Analytics, Organisational Development, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, change management, or culture wor
Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp, Qualtrics, EngageRocket, etc a plus.
