Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management, and ensuring park cleanliness.
  2. Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.
  3. Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.
  4. Ensure safe work practices are carried out.
  5. Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park-related and guest experience matters.
  6. Assist in staff management, including manpower planning/deployment and training.
  7. Assist to generate and review reports.
  8. Assist in wildlife management efforts.
  9. Manage assigned portfolio and projects.
  10. Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in leadership and project management.
  3. Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
  4. Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  5. Excellent team player who can also work independently.
  6. Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  8. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
