Job description

• Generative AI projects (for gathering user requirements, market sensing, proof-of-concept, working prototype, system UAT, system implementation and post-implementation analysis).
• Day-to-day procurement operations on GeBIZ and WorkDay e.g. creating and updating of catalogue items, variations, etc.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in purchasing related role in a government agency
• Supply Chain/Procurement certification or other professional qualification
• Good customer service, communication and time management skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Knowledge in the Government Procurement Instruction Manuals, GeBIZ and WorkDay is preferred
• Proficient with government procurement platforms (e.g. GeBIZ, WorkDay) including, but not limited to:
  • Creating / amending / closing POs on both platforms
  • Troubleshooting errors on both platforms
• Organised and meticulous
• Experience in developing or using Public Service Generative AI tools e.g. AI Bot, Chatbot, Pair Assistant is preferred. Experience in similar Generative AI tools in the private domain e.g. ChatGPT would be considered.
• Ad hoc projects.

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (mid Aug 2025 to mid Feb 2026)

Mon- Fri (44 hours per week)
