Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations. This role involves managing operational policies, standards, and procedures, implementing warehousing solutions, on-site processes, and ensuring service excellence.

The role also includes managing business resources, maintaining customer service quality and relationships, and facilitating the adoption of technology to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety. The incumbent is expected to lead the department professionally, make independent business decisions, assess security risks, and respond to incidents and emergencies.

Business Administration Operations
