As a Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination and management of our patients' care.We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities

  • Support Clinical and Ops Lead in developing strategic plans for NUHS@Home. This includes aspects ranging from organisational structure review, operations workflow redesign, technology development and equipment to improve efficiency.

  • Support the team on expanding the programme to other clinical pathways and avenues.

  • Coordinate with internal i.e. legal, comms &external partners on programme expansion.

  • Maintain relationship with external vendors i.e. feedback for process improvement.

  • Coordinate with government entities in funding and mainstreaming matters, as well as coordinate meetings and updates to NUHS senior management, steering committee and other stakeholders on NUHS@Home meetings and updates.

  • Successful execution of other matters as and when assigned by reporting officer and department head.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Computer literate

  • Strong communication and planning skills

  • Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment

  • Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently

  • Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
