As a Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination and management of our patients' care.We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities
Support Clinical and Ops Lead in developing strategic plans for NUHS@Home. This includes aspects ranging from organisational structure review, operations workflow redesign, technology development and equipment to improve efficiency.
Support the team on expanding the programme to other clinical pathways and avenues.
Coordinate with internal i.e. legal, comms &external partners on programme expansion.
Maintain relationship with external vendors i.e. feedback for process improvement.
Coordinate with government entities in funding and mainstreaming matters, as well as coordinate meetings and updates to NUHS senior management, steering committee and other stakeholders on NUHS@Home meetings and updates.
Successful execution of other matters as and when assigned by reporting officer and department head.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree
Computer literate
Strong communication and planning skills
Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently
Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
