The HR Group Shared Services (GSS) team is seeking for individual with subject matter expertise to sit within the Employee Support Section (ESS) that oversee Learning & Development (L&D) backend operational administration such as NUHS Common Programs, external learning and In-Service Sponsorship & Scholarship. This role will perform and supervise a team of specialists to ensure meeting of monthly KPIs and Service standard by timely and accurate execution of daily operations that supports all the institutions in NUHS cluster. The ideal candidate is expected to manage operational issues and provide guidance to the team where necessary.
