Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Exhibition Management professional to support a National Museum project. Responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing vendor coordination, and handling procurement tasks. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in relevant fields and strong organisational skills. This is a 1-year contract role with a monthly salary of $3,000 - $3,500.

Qualifications

Overview

Exciting Exhibition Management exposure with a National Museum!



  • $3,000 - $3,500 per month

  • Mon - Fri, office hours

  • Bras Basah MRT

  • 1-year contract (Nov 2025 - Nov 2026)


Responsibilities


  • Track and ensure timely delivery of exhibition project milestones and outputs, maintaining quality and design standards.

  • Handle administrative and procurement tasks, including securing approvals, liaising with Procurement Team and managing vendor coordination.

  • Conduct regular site checks and resolve maintenance issues for artefacts, props, scent stations, and other exhibition elements.

  • Support the Project Manager in preparing forms, managing direct contracts (e.g., footage and image rights), and compiling tender documents.

  • Identify, engage, and coordinate vendors for manpower, materials, and equipment needs.

  • Supervise and facilitate installation, fabrication, and de-installation activities with relevant stakeholders.

  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Possesses minimum a Diploma in Arts Management, Museum Studies, Design, or Project Management.

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with familiarity in managing project timelines, budgets, and government procurement processes.

  • Understanding of exhibition design, installation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
