Job description

Responsible for HR functions and services in the areas of business partnering on medical manpower requirements and projections based on workload analysis, talent acquisition, employee engagement, staff wellness, talent development and management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management and promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and provide support to set up a department.

• Analyse workload, project and recruit qualified medical doctors to support a department’s operations and services.

• Analyse attritions and improve manpower fill rates.

• Identify manpower gaps and engage Heads of Departments proactively to resolve manpower shortages.

• Improve quality and/or patient safety by participating in improvement projects.

• Select and implement good practices and protocols for the department’s effective and efficient human resource management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree with an additional Diploma in HRM is preferred.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years working as Assistant Manager.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to think systematically.

• Conflict reconciliation skills.
