Responsibilities:

  • Manage medico-legal cases, clinical complaints, and execute risk management plans for effective resolution
  • Oversee the claims process and coordinate renewal of medical malpractice coverage
  • Drive medico-legal education and communication to raise awareness of industry trends and issues
  • Support initiatives and projects aimed at improving clinical care standards in the hospital
  • Serve as Secretariat to the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC)

Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant field
  • Experience in case reviews and management of complaints will be added advantage
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Keen eye for details and a curious mind to deep-dive into issues
  • Skillfulness in handling people from different levels
