Job description:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise team members in the Ride & Show department. Set and review short- and long-term goals for the team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all ride and show equipment.
• Ensure maintenance activities are conducted safely and promptly.
• Collaborate with the attraction's recovery team on troubleshooting and recovering electrical and mechanical ride and show equipment and animations.
• Oversee spare parts planning and manage third-party vendors for outsourcing work.
• Be knowledgeable of amusement ride safety regulations set by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and serve as a BCA-approved Ride Manager if required.
• Support park operations by acting as Duty Manager when necessary.
• Provide training to team members to ensure awareness of procedures and processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment involving electrical, mechanical, or motion control systems.
• Experience in establishing and managing reliability programs is essential.
• Experience supporting theme park technical operations is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Effective leadership skills and good team collaboration.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
