A leading property management company is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing plans and strategy. The successful candidate will oversee marketing activities for a retail mall, focusing on driving footfall, managing tenant relationships, and reporting outcomes. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of five years of related experience in a retail environment.
Support Marketing Head of the property in budget planning/forecast and execution of marketing plan.
Handle the day-to-day operations relating to marketing and support the customer service team
Market atrium and advertising spaces as part of casual leasing of the property, achieving budget revenue
Plan and implement specific marketing activities for the property and the advertising collaterals of such activities
Drive mall’s footfall and tenants’ sales
Grow social media presence
Liaise and maintain good relations with tenants, advertising agencies, media, contractors and potential partner and cluster/core marketing team
Garner tenants’ sponsorship for campaigns
Prepare monthly marketing reports and proposals
Process purchase order, goods receipt and invoices via SAP system
Uphold the branding of the company and property
Handle and manage shoppers’ and tenants’ feedback and improve customer experience
Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Key Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in any relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Marketing in a retail mall environment
Creative and innovative thinking
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on weekends if necessary
