Job description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving quality footfall, brand awareness, achieving higher PR value and generating repeat spending for the mall. You will build strong relationships and rapport with tenants, partners and agencies. You will also be involved in budget planning and executing seasonal campaigns to engage shoppers.

Partnership

· Foster and strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances across key industries

· Formulate new strategic partnerships across relevant sectors, excluding all financial institutions locally and overseas

· Strengthening existing partnerships with new engagement touchpoints and value-adds

Communications

· Plan and develop communications strategies to achieve higher brand equity, media values on all communications platforms (traditional and digital)

· Develop highly engaging media plan through relevant media channels and partnerships

· Plan and develop campaign brief, creative development, media buy, communications plan

Media Sales Management

· Engage and manage external media agency on media sales placement on all media sites with the mall

Corporate Social Responsibility

· Plan and execute a comprehensive CSR action plan and no-for-profit organization engagement

Requirements

· A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, public relations and advertising, with crisis management being advantageous

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Highly motivated, committed, a self-starter and have a good understanding and interest in the retail industry

· Fast and independent worker with strong organizational ability with attention to details
