Job description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and execute of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.
  • Conceptualise and create marketing and promotional materials to support regional sales team.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support and drives growth in strategic business segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regional distributors to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-based decisions to optimize future efforts.
  • Lead and collaborate with partners and vendors to enhance the reach and impact of marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve the company's marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for overall corporate communications and corporate branding projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Possess knowledge and experience in healthcare/medical supplies industry and OTC business; Regional knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, well verse with using data analysis and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
