A leading healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a marketing manager to support B2C events and develop comprehensive marketing strategies. The role involves planning, execution, and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, digital marketing, and can effectively manage budgets. Job Scope
1. Support Line Manager in spearheading end-to-end B2C events, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-event analysis and reporting.
2. Develop consumer marketing strategies, conceptualize, and implement marketing plans to achieve target client acquisitions.
3. Plan, develop, execute, and oversee go-to-market consumer initiatives such as integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, marketing materials development, tactical promotions, corporate partnerships, and management of loyalty & referral programs.
4. Manage team and budget effectively.
Responsibilities
· Oversee event management, develop marketing collaterals, advertising concepts, and the corporate website. Strategize and manage new marketing tactics.
· Monitor and analyze data analytics to optimize marketing performance and campaign budgets.
· Research and recommend promotional strategies based on market competitiveness.
· Engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to meet business objectives and drive results.
· Build effective working relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors.
· Conceptualize and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and referrals.
