Role Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager, Marketing, will perform key activities around Marketing Operations.

You will:

  • Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, for retail and digital channel ensuring campaigns deliver required business outcome
  • Analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies
  • You’ll need to have experience in nurturing and delivering a variety of marketing campaigns which have given you exposure to the full marketing mix
  • Developing and improving marketing processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Working with various teams (sales, creative, CRM etc.) to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for marketing communications
  • The ability to interpret data commercially and be comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders is also needed. You’ll be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with people of all levels to help influence positive actions.

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in digital marketing within Southeast Asia.

  • 3+ years proven track record in omni channel or digital marketing with demonstrated experience of leading, developing and motivating teams in payments, e-commerce and relevant financial industries.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices and proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experienced in budgeting and resource allocation; skilled in marketing compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of complex businesses within financial services/payments.
