Job description:


Key Responsibilities


You will be the key driver of employer branding strategies to promote SATS as an employer of choice, selection, hiring and maintain a constant pipeline of candidates. You will be the key person to drive our volume recruitment efforts, through collaborating closely with E2i (Employment and Employability Institute) and organising recruitment fairs, walk-in career events and other high-touch channels.


Success in this role requires understanding the motivations and perspectives of a diverse workforce, along with the ability to intuitively determine the most suitable sourcing strategy for business unit search requirements.


You will engage closely with educational institutions and government bodies to attract talents, promote SATS' employer brands and creating pipelines for our volume recruitment. You will be responsible for process optimization, driving automation initiatives, analyzing workforce data, and enhancing reporting capabilities.


Key Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related fields.
  • With 4 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, specifically in partnering with educational institutes to organise recruitment fairs for volume recruitment and driving employer branding.
  • Prior experience as an in-house or external recruiter is required; candidates who possess experience participating in cross-functional projects and/or manage data reporting will have an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in independently leading projects, engaging stakeholders at all levels with a consultative approach and achieving results.
  • Exhibits keen desire for personal and professional growth, coupled with resilience, resourcefulness and forward-thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally for overseas recruitment events.
