Key Responsibilities

You will be the key driver of employer branding strategies to promote SATS as an employer of choice, selection, hiring and maintain a constant pipeline of candidates. You will lead a team to manage all volume recruitment activities through various recruitment channels.

Success in this role requires understanding the motivations and perspectives of a diverse workforce, along with the ability to intuitively determine the most suitable sourcing strategy for business unit search requirements.

Work closely with educational institutions and government bodies to attract talents, promote SATS’ employer brands through job and career fairs. Your role will involve process improvement initiatives and preparing insightful recruitment data for effective reporting and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related fields.
  2. With 5 to 6 years of talent acquisition experience, specifically in volume recruitment, competent in employer branding and partnering with educational institutes.
  3. Prior experience as an in-house or external recruiter is required; candidates who possess experience participating in cross-functional projects and/or manage data reporting will have an added advantage.
  4. Proven track record in independently leading projects, engaging stakeholders at all levels with a consultative approach and achieving results.
  5. Exhibits keen desire for personal and professional growth, coupled with resilience, resourcefulness and forward-thinking capabilities.
  6. Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative team-player mindset.
  7. Ability to travel regionally, for overseas recruitment events.
