A leading organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance their recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, optimizing sourcing strategies, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies. This role demands strong communication skills and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Key duties and responsibilities
Build talent pipelines needed for business growth and replacement
Understand organization talent needs across all business units and partner with Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, e.g. job postings, screen profiles, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, etc, to ensure timely turnaround times
Optimize sourcing strategies using various channels, including job portals, career fair, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract high quality candidates
Create an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application to offer stage
Ensure recruitment process is in compliance with regulations and company hiring policies
Support, plan, and run recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, campus outreach programs to complement company’s recruitment and branding efforts
Continuously streamline and build a list of reputable and reliable recruiters, manage the vendor accreditation and negotiation of fees, contract terms and conditions to ensure quality of agencies that supplement organization’s recruitment efforts across all functionalities
Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment requirements, sourcing strategies and market trends
Review and implement HR workflows and processes to streamline for greater efficiency, enhanced productivity, as and when required for continuous improvements.
Engage in HR related activities and perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in HRM or equivalent HR relevant certificates with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment activities, preferably in the built environment industry
Excellent communication (written and spoken), presentation, problem-solving, relationship, and interpersonal skills
Mature and hands-on person who is proactive driven by positive working, learning and “can do” attitude
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to analyse recruitment metrics and insights
Able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment of high volume hiring due to organization’s hiring needs
