Job description

Reporting Structure

This position report to Senior Assistant Director, Singapore Mediation Centre

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training operations

  • Marketing and publicity, registration, preparation, admin and ops for all SMC training programmes including SMC courses, external programmes for corporate entities, and overseas training.

  • Maintenance of SMC training records

  • Maintenance of repository of SMC training materials

  1. Events operations

  • Projects (if any) to enable efficient and smooth operations of the SMC training and events ops

  1. Curriculum development support and coordination

  2. Other matters as assigned

Job Specifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of working experience in training & events operations

  • Experienced in training operations

  • Experienced in managing SSG funded or SFC eligible courses is an advantage

  • Meticulous, with the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.

  • Possess initiative and be able to work independently or with various internal and external customers.

  • Pleasant with good organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office
