What The Role Is
As a member of the capability and outreach team in the Charities Unit, you will support initiatives that promote good governance standards in the charity sector and assist in implementing capability building programmes. You will work with the team to support various charity sector development initiatives and funding programmes.
What You Will Be Working On
Supporting the secretariat function for the Charity Council, including assisting with the Charity Transparency Framework and Governance Awards initiatives
- Helping to implement capability building programmes such as conducting learning sessions and development of guidance materials for charities
- Processing and reviewing applications for the Charities Capability Fund and Tech.
- Supporting engagement efforts with partners who provide services and training to charities
- Assisting in maintaining and updating content for the Charity Council Website and Youtube channel
- Supporting the team in communications and stakeholder engagement activities

Other Requirements
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
