Responsibilities:

  • Review operation documents to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest regulations and industry practices.
  • Guide the principals to ensure school compliance and commitment to ECDA Childcare Regulatory standards and licensing requirement.
  • Conduct compliance briefing for new principals.
  • Conduct safety, hygiene and quality checks on school at least once a year.
  • Manage and lead quality-related projects that will improve the schools' process.
  • Be the main point of contact working with the Branch Directors under the Licensee programme.
  • Monitor and raise any quality/ licensee related matters/ disputes to the management team.
  • Protect the intellectual property rights of the licensee and ensure proper documentation and return of intellectual property upon termination.
  • Reporting to the Head of Quality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood/Education
  • Minimum 3 years and above of experience in the preschool industry
  • Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels;
  • Ability to be flexible operationally to meet the needs of a multi-cultural, diversified, and fast-growing organisation.
