Job summary

What The Role Is

The People & Culture (P&C) department exists to make NAC a place where staff feel passionate in their jobs, empowered to be creative, and collaborate well with each other, in order to fulfil NAC’s mission.

Learning And Development

The role will involve the following:

  • Support training operations
  • Support NAC’s competency mapping exercise
Organisation Transformation
  • Drive NAC’s Employer Branding initiatives, working closely with the manager to strengthen NAC's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Support employee engagement to build a OneNAC Culture
  • Support organization transformation interventions, where needed
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Learning And Development
  • Support training operations – submitting training requests, monitoring training completion rates and budget utilization
  • Support NAC's functional competency mapping exercise, such as updating Workday records
Organization Transformation
  • Lead external employer branding initiatives, like crafting LinkedIn posts, to enhance NAC's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee engagement activities, including WoNAC events and senior management dialogue sessions, to foster a OneNAC culture and internal communications (e.g., EDMs)
  • Support organization transformation efforts by monitoring post-survey actions and recommending changes to ensure ongoing progress
  • Collaborate on internal communication strategies, including managing NAC’s Intranet and creating engaging content for channels like EDMs, intranet articles, and newsletters
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree with at least 1 year of experience in communications, human resource development, or organization development, with experience in corporate communications and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong writing and high accuracy standards
  • Ability to develop clear and professional communication materials
  • Experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) and video editing software (iMovie) is highly preferred
  • Experience in internal communication strategy formulation or implementation is highly preferred
  • Highly driven, proactive, and a strong team player
