What you will be working on:
Responsibilities• Support in the execution of outreach programmes to raise cybersecurity awareness and adoption of good cyber hygiene among students, community and seniors• Assist in the planning and execution of events (e.g. drafting of publicity materials, liaising with partners, vendors and volunteers and coordinate event logistics)• Identify opportunities and collaborate with public/private sector partners on initiatives to expand outreach efforts to various audiences• Support the outreach team in developing resources (worksheets, videos) for community and seniors in English and vernacular languages.• Provide administrative support (e.g. maintaining the student enquiries mailbox, managing event bookings, updating event reports and analysing feedback gathered from events)
What we are looking for:
Requirements• University degree in a relevant discipline• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and communications, including events management and content production.
