The Office of Population Health (OPH) aims to improve health outcomes of women & children in Singapore through engagement with multi-sector partners to create awareness, as well as to develop, implement, evaluate, and mainstream health promotion, disease prevention, early detection, and intervention programs. OPH oversees various maternal and child health programs at KKH and supports MOH’s and SingHealth’s initiatives under HealthierSG.

The Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager, OPH, will coordinate and support the development, implementation, and operation of Population Health programs in collaboration with Steering Committees, councils, workgroups, and stakeholders to transform Maternal and Child Health (MCH) in Singapore.

Job Requirements

  • Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Candidates not meeting these requirements may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different levels and professional domains, being sensitive to cultural diversity, healthcare nuances, and varied schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, negotiation, influence, mediation, conflict management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Skill in resource organization and priority setting.
