Assistant Manager/Manager (Network Planning)

We’re working with a leading international shipping company to identify a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support space and capacity planning across key service loops between Asia and other trade routes.

This is a strategic coordination role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in space optimization, vessel utilization, and cross-functional stakeholder management within the liner trade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee space and booking activities to ensure optimal vessel loadability across designated trades
2. Liaise with global offices and operational teams to align cargo flow and capacity planning
3. Support internal reporting and performance tracking to drive efficiency
4. Partner with local offices to ensure accurate and consistent execution of planning strategies
5. Take part in projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and commercial results

1. Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related disciplines
2. 4–8 years of relevant experience in liner trade planning, space management, or capacity coordination
3. Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Looker
4. Solid understanding of vessel operations and container flow management
5. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
6. Strong communicator with experience collaborating across global teams
