Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Loyalty programme marketing and systems
- Planning and executing new features or enhancements to the mall’s loyalty programme and/or related digital platforms and systems, including project management, testing, training, deployment planning prior to project roll-out, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and maintaining all loyalty program functionalities (e.g., point accumulation, redemption, tier progression, communication triggers) for errors, performance bottlenecks, and unexpected behavior. Maintaining documentation and providing regular knowledge transfer (via training or communications) to team members.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and objectives, and developing campaign initiatives on platforms including social media, Suntec+ mobile app, and any other third-party platforms involved in projects.
- Analyzing the member database to obtain insights that can be applied to develop customer strategies to optimize retention, engagement, spending, and active rates.
- Maintaining good tenant relations, developing collaborative promotions, and enhancing customer experience activities to drive online traffic and increase tenants’ sales.
- Liaising with media agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful launches of marketing programmes.
- Planning, tracking, and managing expenditure against the budget accurately and consistently.
Corporate Communications (Internal):
Internal engagement:
- Providing support in PR and Corporate Communications functions, such as maintaining media relationships, addressing inquiries from the media and other parties, tracking media coverage, and following industry trends.
- Supporting the team in ad-hoc projects, other areas of marketing communications, internal/external communications, and public relations.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or CRM system development, with relevant experience in running digital loyalty programmes for malls and managing technology-led marketing projects.
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads, concurrent projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proactive with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Confident, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
