Job Description
- Formulate and implement strategic leasing initiatives aimed at optimizing occupancy rates and rental revenue.
- Manage and provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies.
- Assist in leasing negotiations, coordinating viewings, provide regular leasing reports and updates to management as and when required and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Work closely with operations, marketing communications, and finance teams to improve tenant satisfaction and enhance overall property performance.
- Identify target tenants and actively pursue new leasing opportunities. Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend
- Prepare leasing budgets and quarterly forecasts, and monitor performance against financial targets.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property sectors
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships
- Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles
- Possess positive disposition and strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, an eye for details and work within timeline
