Assistant Manager/ Manager, Investment, Asset and Development Management

Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns

· Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities

· Assist in formulating and planning of acquisition, development & divestment strategies

· Source, identify suitable investment opportunities and analyse real estate opportunities and proposals

· Evaluate and structure investment deals, including due diligence and debt financing

· Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections

· Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions / divestments

· Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare the market reports

· Work hand-in-hand with Property Manager to ensure that the property business plans are executed diligently

· Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the performance of portfolio at property level as well as preparing asset reports on the properties

· Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

· Degree in any relevant field

· At least 5 years of related experience

· Good knowledge and understanding of investment concepts

· Prior experience in property fund, development management and real estate will have additional advantage

· Strong analytical, problem solving skills, strategic mindset and high computer literacy

· A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Self-driven, ability to multi-task and able to work within tight deadlines

· Strong command of spoken and written English
