Job description

You will be part of the HR Business Partner team to provide timely support to the business units on a broad spectrum of Human Resource functions.

Key duties and responsibilities

  1. Provide full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to manpower planning, the entire recruitment and off-boarding cycle, staff disciplinary, performance, talent, and staff engagement (excluding payroll).
  2. Manage job postings, screen profiles, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, work out the salary proposals, job offer, and onboarding.
  3. Deliver quality HR services, propose, and implement HR initiatives and partner closely with business units to achieve strategic business goals.
  4. Participate in regular annual HR exercises including Annual Performance Appraisal, Salary Review & Variable Bonus exercises, and any ad hoc salary reviews or promotions.
  5. Provide professional HR advice to business heads to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  6. Handle enquiries on Company’s HR policies and procedures, as well as staff benefits/schemes.
  7. Review and implement HR workflows and processes to streamline for greater efficiency and enhanced productivity as and when required for continuous improvements.
  8. Engage in HR related activities and perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirement

  1. Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent HR relevant certificates.
  2. At least 3 years of HR experience, either from a HR generalist/business partnering and talent management background.
  3. Strong in-depth understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and other local regulations.
  4. Able to work independently under pressure and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
  5. Good relationship/stakeholders’ management, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Mature and hands-on person who is proactive, driven with a positive working and learning attitude.
