You will be part of the HR Business Partner team to provide timely support to the business units on a broad spectrum of Human Resource functions.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to manpower planning, the entire recruitment and off-boarding cycle, staff disciplinary, performance, talent, and staff engagement (excluding payroll).
- Manage job postings, screen profiles, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, work out the salary proposals, job offer, and onboarding.
- Deliver quality HR services, propose, and implement HR initiatives and partner closely with business units to achieve strategic business goals.
- Participate in regular annual HR exercises including Annual Performance Appraisal, Salary Review & Variable Bonus exercises, and any ad hoc salary reviews or promotions.
- Provide professional HR advice to business heads to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Handle enquiries on Company’s HR policies and procedures, as well as staff benefits/schemes.
- Review and implement HR workflows and processes to streamline for greater efficiency and enhanced productivity as and when required for continuous improvements.
- Engage in HR related activities and perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent HR relevant certificates.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, either from a HR generalist/business partnering and talent management background.
- Strong in-depth understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and other local regulations.
- Able to work independently under pressure and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
- Good relationship/stakeholders’ management, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Mature and hands-on person who is proactive, driven with a positive working and learning attitude.
