Supporting the Executive Manager, this role assists in the planning and execution of the upcoming major event scheduled in September 2025 and other high-profile events. It involves coordinating activations before, during, and after the event across multiple venues, collaborating with the task force, and providing updates to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill company objectives through the event.
- Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop event reports and distribute them to partners and organizations as required.
- Create and reconcile event budgets and oversee all financial aspects.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, venues, and industry contacts while managing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
- Oversee fan experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site preparations, production, and breakdown; and maintain high standards throughout.
- Procure and oversee event vendors; develop ITTs; negotiate agreements to ensure fiscal responsibility and quality.
- Stay current with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively address operational challenges.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the event program's success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Proven success working with clients, stakeholders, and brands.
