Job description

Supporting the Executive Manager, this role assists in the planning and execution of the upcoming major event scheduled in September 2025 and other high-profile events. It involves coordinating activations before, during, and after the event across multiple venues, collaborating with the task force, and providing updates to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill company objectives through the event.
  2. Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  3. Develop event reports and distribute them to partners and organizations as required.
  4. Create and reconcile event budgets and oversee all financial aspects.
  5. Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
  6. Build and nurture relationships with partners, venues, and industry contacts while managing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
  7. Oversee fan experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site preparations, production, and breakdown; and maintain high standards throughout.
  8. Procure and oversee event vendors; develop ITTs; negotiate agreements to ensure fiscal responsibility and quality.
  9. Stay current with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively address operational challenges.
  10. Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the event program's success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven success working with clients, stakeholders, and brands.
