Business function

As a digital centre of excellence, the Digital Strategy & Development team is responsible for initiating, planning, co-developing, and co-managing effective digital initiatives to grow digital media revenue. We seek a teammate who embraces challenges positively, enjoys creative problem-solving, is highly analytical, and believes there is always a solution to every problem.

This ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital media, impressive cross-channel knowledge, and proven capabilities in strategic planning, project management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide publisher/media industry insights and continuously seek new solutions to identify opportunities.
  • Co-develop digital initiatives and manage projects with other units within the Marketing & Media Solutions Division and across SPH Media to enhance digital media performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, such as the Tech team, to collect, understand, and analyze structured and unstructured data for effective business decision-making.
  • Serve as a Centre of Excellence (COE) by providing digital marketing/media solutions and insights, and disseminate knowledge within the division.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business goals and improve work processes and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute significantly to ad transformation activities to support business growth.
