Job description

You will be part of the team to prepare our students for the digital future, focusing on two areas, introducing computational thinking, coding and emerging tech to students, and exciting students from infocomm media clubs on the possibilities of tech and media.

The facets of work covered by the team include working with schools and students on the Infocomm Media Club programme which aims to allow students to better appreciate different facets of tech and media through series of infocomm media-related activities.

What you will be working on:

  • You will be involved in various job functions to:
  • Design and develop engaging infocomm and media-related programmes, workshops, and activities aligned with current technology trends and educational objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, industry partners, and stakeholders to create meaningful learning opportunities
  • Manage multiple clubs programmes across different institutions, ensuring consistent programme quality and student engagement
  • Monitor programme effectiveness through regular assessment and feedback collection
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for club activities
  • Coordinate and organize inter-school events, competitions, and showcase opportunities

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Digital Media, or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in programme management, preferably in education or youth development
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends and digital media landscape
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing youth engagement programmes
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management & event management

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with educational institutions or youth organizations
  • Knowledge of current educational technology trends
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young people
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in managing multiple priorities
