We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as an eResources Asst Manager/Manager. In this role, you will manage initiatives for our digital collections while leveraging data analytics to drive evidence-based decisions and enhance user experience.

What you will be working on:

  1. Oversee data analytics activities or projects to analyse digital collection statistics, usage patterns, and ROI metrics for informed decision-making.
  2. Lead or manage cross-divisional data-related projects and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise eResource performance.
  3. Curate and recommend digital content for showcase across NLB's platforms and promotional activities.
  4. Develop and implement content guidelines and strategy for digital collections, including curation, promotion, and user engagement initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research and trend analysis to guide collection development.
  6. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of eResource initiatives, particularly for eResource Collection Development.
  7. Support the eResource value chain such as data ingestion, procurement, deployment and contract management of NLB’s eResources.
  8. Drive user awareness through training programmes, workshops, and outreach events.
  9. Create engaging training materials and resource guides.
  10. Manage eResource processes to optimise operational efficiency and user experience.
  11. Audit and optimise digital platforms to enhance the user experience.

What we are looking for:

  1. 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience.
  2. Strong data analytics skills with experience in statistics analysis and reporting.
  3. Knowledge in digital resource and emerging technologies (eg: market trends, business models etc).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  5. Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation.

Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the Toa Payoh Public Library.
