A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage advisory and capital-raising deals. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance, and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, conducting due diligence, and developing financial models.
Job Responsibilities:
Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal.
Be part of and/or take the lead in project management.
Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the list ability of clients.
Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals, and regulators.
Supervise and guide associates in project execution.
Assist in deal origination.
Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.
Job Requirements:
A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
Track record of completed transactions with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
