PrimePartners Corporate Finance is a leading boutique corporate finance firm providing financial advisory, capital-raising, M&A and sponsorship services. We have completed over 70 listings on the Singapore Exchange and over 270 advisory engagements. With a strong deal pipeline, we are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our corporate finance teams.

As part of our Corporate Finance team, the responsibilities will include:

· Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal.

· Be part of and/or take the lead in project management.

· Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the listability of clients.

· Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals and regulators.

· Supervise and guide associates in project execution.

· Assist in deal origination.

· Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.

· Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.

What we look for:

· A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.

· Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

· Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

· Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.

· Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin.

· Track record of completed transactions with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
