The role provides executive support to the Head of Department and Chairman, Medical Board (CMB), specifically focusing on Hospital Licensing and Accreditation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Institution on all matters related to the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) licensing and Levels of Medical Capability (LMC) for Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), and Admiralty Medical Centre (ADMC).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely document submissions, maintain licensing and accreditation compliance, and meet all HCSA requirements
- Support the development, review and updating of policies in accordance with current legislation and best practices
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to achieve successful licensing and accreditation outcomes for KTPH, YCH and ADMC

- Management of doctors’ professional matters
- Strategic and medical workforce planning with Clinical Departments
- Administration of the junior doctors’ rotation and training programmes in KTPH and YCH
- Executive support to the Chairman, Medical Board, encompassing secretariat duties, management of Clinical Board committees and workgroups, and facilitation of leadership engagement activities and strategic initiatives.

Education, Training and Experience
· Minimum Degree holder
· Excellent planning, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team
· Experience with hospital licensing preferred
