Job description

  1. JOB PURPOSE

The Assistant/Senior/Manager, Pre-Hospital (Partnership Development) will utilize strategic partnerships to improve the delivery of patient-centric care and optimize patient volumes, while preserving the mission of the organization and improving patient health outcomes.

  1. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific

  1. Primary Care (30%)
    1. Work with NHG Business Development and NHG Primary Care Office to:
      1. Strategize and execute tactics to outreach to Primary Care Partners in WH’s catchment area and beyond.
      2. Establish and sustain relations with Primary Care Partners.
      3. Coordinate programs across WH that involve Primary Care Partners, including but not limited to CMEs.
      4. Monitor and assess referral rates from all care partners and make recommendations for actions to optimize these rates.
      5. Sustain and grow channels with Primary Care Partners.
      6. Collect and act on feedback from Primary Care Partners, including making recommendations to WH to improve patient care processes or services.
    2. Facilitate referral-associated communications with Polyclinics.
    3. Manage the dedicated GP hotline.
  2. Facilitate agreement-forging with organizations including but not limited to corporates, insurers, third party administrators for both WH and NHG (30%).
  3. Develop and review internal services to improve patient care, experience, and processes (25%).
  4. NHG Workgroups
    1. Staff cluster-level workgroups to develop elective workload by fostering partnerships, implementing strategies, and establishing service differentiation.
  5. Public Outreach (5%)
    1. Work independently or with WH/NHG departments to increase the reach of WH to consumers/the public.
    2. Organize webinars and events to increase awareness of WH’s services among the public.
  6. Corporate and International Care Partnerships (5%)
    1. Develop opportunities with Corporate and International Care Partners to deliver patient care.
    2. Conduct market research and assess opportunities to grow WH’s brand and optimize volume of WH services through collaborations.
    3. Negotiate service contract terms/pricing with partners for cost minimisation for patients.
    4. Manage budget for marketing or partnership building plans.
    5. Keep up to date with trends in healthcare and hospitals.

Monitor the implementation of said initiatives and track performance for reporting and analysis.

General

  1. Participate in operational, organisational, departmental, and/or team projects as assigned by the RO.
  2. Prepare performance tracking reports and analysis.
  3. Any other duty assigned within the scope of Clinical Operations (Pre-Hospital).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education / Training / Experience

  1. Experience in partnership and/or client relations specifically in a healthcare/hospital setting will be an added advantage.
  2. Preferably has existing relationships with healthcare partners.
  3. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Supervisory experience.
