Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support project management, reporting, and event coordination within our Ambulatory Services. The role involves working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to manage operations and implement initiatives that enhance care for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the department and the respective services in project management, management reporting and event coordination activities.

  • Collaborate with various departments within Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital and external stakeholders to manage projects and track outcomes effectively.

  • Partner with internal and external parties to develop, implement, and enhance frameworks, workflows, and operational processes.

  • Prepare proposals, presentation materials, and maintain databases and statistical reports as required.

  • Manage meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on planned and proposed action items.

  • Coordinate and provide support for events and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare related field

  • At least 4 years’ experience in Senior Care, Active Ageing Centre (Care) operations, or working within the healthcare or eldercare sector.

  • Preferred attributes and competencies include:
