Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal operations performance and minimize downtime.

  • Manage and control the maintenance budget, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Maintain, monitor and order supplies including purchases, inventory, housekeeping, fleets of vehicles, etc.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, supervise and motivate the maintenance team, providing guidance & support, training, and performance feedback.

  • Oversee the maintenance of facilities, equipment, vehicles and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and longevity.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and costs, and prepare reports as required.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe work environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems quickly and efficiently.

  • Handle customers complaints effectively and provide excellent quality service to customers.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, sales & admin teams and customers.

  • Perform other duties as directed.
